Wedding Countdown!

Hi everyone, I hope this helps me lose some LB’s!!!  I’m getting ready for my wedding on June 7th and don’t want to look like my before picture :)  My goal is 15-20 pounds of fat loss and some added muscle.  I’m planning to use South Beach and weight lifting, light cardio, and yoga to acheive this!  I enjoy exercise but by far my biggest downfall is food and alcohol!  I’ll need lots of support for the next six months and hopefully won’t be too cranky!  :)

    Welcome. I know you can do it. Alcohol can be a problem with all those calories. Try bacardi rum and diet coke. According to Bacardi’s ad there is no carbs in it. Best of luck to you.

    Welcome! I would definetely limit the alcohol. It’s full of empty calories. YOu can do it! Good luck on your journey! You’ll reach your goals!
